Our story

Founded as an online patisserie in 2020 by a  pastry chef, trained in the French culinary institutes of Le Cordon Bleu  and Ferrandi Paris. She was enchanted by the allure of French cuisine during her time working as a chef in Paris and set out to bring a slice of that magic back home.

Our Bakery Lab

We opened our bakery in January 2020, as a small scale passion project, making the finest mousse cakes, selling only online. Your love and support has helped us transition to our bakery and bistro. 

Our Bakery and Bistro

We opened  the doors to our first bakery and bistro in Novemeber 2022 nestled in the lane of 131, Gulshan 1. Here we serve an earnest bistro style food menu and bring modern twists to classic European desserts and cakes. Indulge in our delicious breakfast spreads, creative entremets, French toasts and our signature artisanal hot chocolate.


Our philosophy

Quality

The core of our philosophy lies in our ingredients. From the lavish layers to the final glaze we ensure intricate detail and unmatched taste. We believe that best ingredients give you the best results and source all our fresh products from valuable local suppliers. We source our chocolate and purees from the most reliable importers. Our pastries are made with good quality couverture chocolate dark or white, 100% dairy full fat cheese, butter and cream. All our baked goods are free from excessive artificial preservatives, flavourings, enhancers or improvers.

Freshness

As a boutique bakery, all our products are freshly handcrafted each day which is why we often have limited stocks. Our custom cakes are baked and crafted to each specific order, ensuring it is incredibly fresh and we recommend it is enjoyed at its peak. All products must be consumed within the marked period as our cakes are free from preservatives.

Accessibility

Offering same-day or scheduled delivery and a seamless ordering process, we aim to make your dessert buying experience effortless. Indulge in your favourite delicacies with just a few clicks or send a gift to your loved ones on their special days through us. We also offer Pick-up option allowing customers to order their favourite desserts before hand and collecting as per their convenience.
