A chocolate cheese mousse cake. Designed by our pastry chef, this cute dessert is a baked cheesecake filled with chocolate ganache encapsulated in a rich chocolate mousse, sitting on an oreo base, glazed with a pink chocolate mirror glaze.

Dry: Flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, dark chocolate, gelatine powder (halal).

Fats and dairy: Butter, cream cheese, cream and eggs.

Flavourings and colourings: vanilla essence, food colouring.
