A cult favourite. This brownie recipe hasn't been changed since we opened. A rich brownie slice topped with a layer of ganache and caramel cremeux, topped with toasted hazelnuts and glazed to perfection with dark chocolate.

Dry: Flour, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, milk powder, dark chocolate, gelatine powder (halal), hazelnuts.

Fats and dairy:vegetable oil, butter, cream and eggs.

Flavourings and colourings: vanilla essence
